Lumac Sledding OÜ has to be notified about returns. All returns need to be agreed with. The returning time is up to 14 days and the product needs to arrive to us unused, with labels and without cost to us. Customer will pay the return costs !
Customers money is returned as soon as possible but no later than 10 days.
